Shipping Process
At CutUpKo Boutique (CKB), every order is handled with care and attention to detail to ensure quality, accuracy, and a seamless experience from purchase to delivery.
Order Fulfillment Flow
Once your order is placed, it follows a carefully structured process:
Customer places order → Order is processed and entered for customization → Order is shipped to CKB for final quality check and preparation → Order is securely repackaged for final delivery or prepared for pickup
Processing & Turnaround Times
- Custom orders typically require a turnaround time of 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase to completion and delivery or pickup.
- Custom Cuban chains, baguette chains, and select elevated custom pieces may require up to 4 weeks for full completion due to the detailed nature of the design process.
- Ready-to-ship items are processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.
Important Information
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
- While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays may occasionally impact processing and delivery times.
